I learn Yoga is the best text sull'hatha yoga that I've ever read. The author André Van Lysebeth, one of the pioneers of yoga in the West, is considered one of the best specialists who practice this discipline for over twenty years.

The text is really well done:

an introduction is the relationship between modern man and yoga and introduces some aspects of breathing yogica is also the author discusses in the text: "Pranayama" the dynamics of breath.

A second part of the text instead is the practice of Asana: how they should be executed, where they must be enforced, what we must concentrate for every asana.

One interesting thing that I have not found in other texts on yoga is the presentation of dynamic phase of each asana: Before you get to a static position in which we must maintain for the time that everyone considers it appropriate, Van lysebeth presents the dynamic phase and its execution.

Also presented are the positions in a particular order that is typical of the position-controposizione as to avoid excessive stress parts of the body at the expense of others.

A section is devoted to food and how this affects

deeply on the health of the body.

At the end of the text is a table illustrating where, with clear photos, the author explains the various stages of the different asanas and errors more frequent.

It 'clear that the practice of yoga is a practice that should be sensitive approach with an experienced teacher, but with a text that fosters knowledge.

An Extraordinary!
